Format: The Fall High Performance is a program that is intended for female club athletes who are looking to be pushed to reach their respective potential. Club experience is required.
Our philosophy is to provide a fun and exciting training environment to push club athletes to be the best they can within their respective divisions. We do not care if you are coming from Division 1 or Division 5, we will help you so that you can position yourself to be the best version of you in the big moments like, tryouts, provincials and more.
The training will be focused on developing volleyball players as a whole and is less focused on specific positional expertise. Everyone will be required to execute all skills.
