  • Philosophy:

Having a background in Applied Behavior Analysis and as an Education Assistant, Parker tires to bring a passionate and enthusiastic presence to my coaching. While competing and winning plays a factor in sports, he truly values the engagement and appreciation of the sport more than anything. He believes that coaching goes beyond time spent on the court, and that it’s his goal as a coach and mentor, to initialize a healthy, inclusive, and competitive team dynamic as a baseline to success. Every athlete will have their own path to success, and Parker wants to play a part in helping them achieve their goals.

He has been fortunate enough to have been exposed to many different coaching styles and abilities and have developed a philosophy and style around what he considers having been the best. Working as a tutor, camp leader, behavior interventionist and along with current employment, he understands the value of relationship building and of the importance of a healthy and safe environment. You will often find Parker fully engaged with his athletes, participating in drills, promoting team bonding experiences and encouraging other teams from within the club at their events.
