BUILD Strength and Agility Program

Format:

Our BUILD Strength Program is for athletes entering grades 8 - 12 and provides a comprehensive strength and agility training program that is designed to take their athletic performance to a whole new level. This program is run by our CIAC certified personal trainer.

Program Highlights:

  • Strength Training: body weight, free weights, and resistance band training to increase the total body strength of our athletes

  • Agility Training: exercises that improve the balance, coordination, quickness, and speed of our athletes

  • Plyometric Training: exercises that help to increase the vertical jump of our athletes

  • Power Training: exercises that increase the explosiveness and quickness of our athletes

  • Mental Training: this program is designed to build confidence, strength, character, and leadership qualities that will help our athletes in all areas of their lives

With a balanced focus on these 5 areas our goal is to provide a comprehensive training program aimed to increase the performance level of student athletes and to encourage a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
