Cougar Volleyball Foundations

Ages 6-12

At Cougar Volleyball our aim is to LEARN the Game, LOVE the Game, and LIVE the Game and nowhere is that more important than in Cougar Foundations. Cougar Foundations exists for those young athletes (both boys and girls) who are ages 6-12 and are just starting out in their volleyball journey!

We want to give them the skills, encouragement, and fun necessary to build a solid foundation of excellence within the Cougar Volleyball program. Our heart in this is to teach the beginning stages of competition and training, while also making the program so much fun that they cannot wait to jump back in!

PLEASE NOTE: This program is for 6-12 year olds. If your child is not between these ages during this 10 week period, then please look to our more advanced programs for kids older than 12.

Practices will be Saturdays 9:00-10:30am at MRCS (Maple Ridge Christian School) 12140 204B St, Maple Ridge.

  • 2025 Spring Foundations runs from April 6th - June 8th

    Dates: Sunday April 6th, 13th and 27th, May 4th, 11th, and 25th, June 1st, 8th

    Times: 9am-11am (16 Hours Total)

    Location: Maple Ridge Christian School

    Cost: $350

    Maximum amount of athletes for the program is 32

  • 2025 Fall Foundations Runs from September 20th - November 29th

    Dates:

    Saturday September 20th, 27th

    October 4th, (no session Oct 11th due to the long weekend), 18th and 25th

    November 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th

    Time: 9am-10:30am (15 Hours Total)

    Location: MRCS (Maple Ridge Christian School)
