Cougar Beach Langley

Format:

For athletes of all ages looking to develop their beach volleyball skills. This program includes the following:

  • Skill development

  • Game strategy development

  • Gameplay

  • Lots of reps and fun games

    • Ages 12 - 14

    Performance:

    • Ages 15 - 18

  • Development:

    • July 2 - August 15 (7 weeks)

    • Tuesday’s 8:30 am - 10:30 am

    • Thursdays 8:30 am - 10:30 am

    Performance:

    • July 2 - August 15 (7 weeks)

    • Tuesday’s 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

    • Thursdays 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

  • Irvan has developed a wealth of volleyball knowledge through many years of collegiate, professional and national team experience. This experience includes:

    • UBC Men’s Volleyball (5 seasons)

      • Captain for last two seasons

    • Canadian ‘Jr’ National Team

    • Canadian Sr ‘B’ National Team

    • Canadian ‘University’ National Team

    • Professional Contracts (6 seasons)

      • Germany

      • Denmark

      • Saudi Arabia

      • Taiwan

    Irvan has a lot of gratitude for the coaches and programs that allowed him to develop into an elite volleyball player. He aspires to use his extensive experience to inspire and train the next generation of volleyball players.
