Summer Skills Series

One Skill. One Focus. Maximum Growth.

The Summer Skills Series offers fouced weekly workshops dedicated to specific volleyball skills and game components. These sessions are designed for athletes who want concentrated technical training in smaller learning blocks throughout the summer.

Each week will focus on a different area of the game, allowing athletes to traget specific skills and accelerate improvement through high-repetition training.

July Workshops;

  • Week 1: Indoor Hitting

  • Week 2: Serving & Passing

  • Week 3: Blocking & Defense

  • Week 4: Transition & Footwork

Athletes may register for individual weeks, or they can participate in the whole series.
