Female Fall High Performance

Fall high performance is a program that is intended for female club athletes who are looking to be pushed to reach their respective potential. Club experience is required.

Our philosophy is to provide a fun and exciting training environment to push club athletes to be the best they can within their respective divisions. We do not care if you are coming from division 1 or division 5, we will help you so that you can position yourself to be the best version of you in the big moments like, tryouts, provincials and more.

What to expect in these 3 hour sessions;

  • 1 hour of strength and agility training. This will also include proper warm ups, cool downs, nutrition, sleep habits, and skills that go beyond the court.

  • 2 hours of on court volleyball training. All skills will be broken down and athletes will get the opportunity to get a high level of reps with quality coaching feedback. Small game 6 on 6 situations will also be in place, assuming appropriate positions are present.

  • Skills that will be covered; Defence, Attacking, Blocking, Passing, Setting and Serving.

This training focuses on developing volleyball players as a whole and is less focused on specific positional expertise. Everyone will be required to execute all skills.

  • ***You must have previously played on a ‘Competitive Indoor Club Volleyball’ team (not a house team) to register for this program***
