july Girls High PERFORMANCE program
Are you looking for a fun way to spend your week throughout the summer, filled with volleyball and competition? Then, Cougars Girls High Performance Program is the right place for you!
We are searching for a group of competitive players with previous club experience to join us for a month of skills, strength and conditioning and game play. Cougars High Performance will help you maintain your skills, as well as making sure you can get touches throughout the summer!
This program will provide players with tons of touches and building volleyball related strength for the upcoming season. This program also includes a tournament day, where athletes will compete against each other in a competitive game day format.

LOCATION:
Catalyst Initiative Athletic Club
20159 115A Ave, Maple Ridge, BC
DATES:
July 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 28th and 30th
(Programs will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays of every week)
July 28th and 30th times are being changed due to warehouse conflicts;
13U - 14U has been changed to 1:00 - 3:00
15U - 18U has been changed to 3:15 - 5:15
All dates besides the two listed above, will run at the scheduled time
TIMES:
13U - 14U; 9:00am - 11:00am
15U - 18U; 11:15am - 1:15pm
Total of 20 hours

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING:
Both groups will be provided with 45 minutes of strength and conditioning and 75 minutes of volleyball each session
These camps are for female athletes.

REFUND POLICY:
- There will be no refunds for those choosing to withdraw two weeks before clinics are set to take place. As many costs are paid up front, please ensure you can attend before registering.
There will be a $25 admin fee for all refunds.
