Cougar Beach Maple Ridge

Format:

For athletes of all ages looking to develop their beach volleyball skills. This program includes the following:

  • Skill development

  • Game strategy development

  • Gameplay

  • Lots of reps and fun games

Coach: Kate Nieva

  • Development:

    • Ages 12 - 14

    Performance:

    • Ages 15 - 18

  • Two Training Sets:

    • Set 1: June 4 - July 11 (6 weeks)

    • Set 2: July 23 - August 29 (6 weeks)

    Development runs in both Set 1 and Set 2:

    • Both Development Training Sets are:

    • Tuesday’s 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

    • Thursdays 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

    Performance starts July 23rd, only Set 2:

    • Both Performance Training Sets are:

    • Tuesday’s 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

    • Thursdays 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
