August 2023 Elite Training

 

Get yourself prepared for school volleyball with a 6 week training program. Each week has a total of 9 hours of training, totaling to 54 hours upon completion. This program is designed for athletes between the ages of 15-18.

This high performance training program will focus on the areas of strength, coordination, balance, and agility training. This program is developed by our Ace certified personal trainer, Lisa Arrington.

Program Format:

Mondays

  • Indoor technical training and gameplay from 6:30 to 8:30pm.

Wednesdays

  • Strength and agility training from 4:30 to 6:00pm.

  • Indoor technical training and gameplay from 6:30 to 8:30pm.

Fridays

  • Strength and agility training from 4:30 to 6:00pm.

  • Indoor technical training and gameplay from 6:30 to 8:30pm.

REFUND POLICY: There will be no refunds for those choosing to withdraw one week before clinics are set to begin. We pay many costs up front, therefore please make sure you can attend before registering. Please email us at admin@bridgeathletics.ca.
